Summary/Abstract: Contemporary market requires continuous actions from business organizations leading to increasing effectiveness of their undertakings. Producer’s guarantee is one of key ways enabling execution of planned targets. It is a special marketing tool directed to gaining client’s trust and in the long term to organization’s development. The study presents the analysis of possibilities and the scope of using producer’s guarantee by entrepreneurs. Special attention is paid to solutions going beyond general guarantee framework.
