Summary/Abstract: This study browser two portraits of two legendary heroes: one Arab, Antar bin Cheddad, probably lived in the sixth century and the other, French, Robert the Devil. To give a clearer picture, we have chosen to follow a plan that first, will showcase the contextual aspects common to these legends, including habits and usages warriors, then show that the two works are least adventure stories that quest of self-esteem regained.
