The results of processes from the perspective of the process maturity of quality oriented organizations

Summary/Abstract: Orientation to quality, focused on continuous improvement of processes, forces changes in the processes and in the process management itself. To implement changes in processes and to achieve higher levels of process maturity, a measurement of the results of the processes and the results of the whole organizations is necessary. The paper attempts to present the relation between the Process and Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM) and the objectives of the ISO standards for process management. On this basis the similarities and the differences in the approach to process changes were indicated.
