Summary/Abstract: Nowadays the knowledge management in organizations starts to be much moreimportant. It is not only a transfer of hidden knowledge, but also an effective onboardingprocess for young employees.It seems that experienced employees are not effectively involved in that process, and organizationsare losing know-how and waste their time.On the other hand, we have low cost, effective e-technologies, which give a strong supportin learning and development process in organizations.Among all organizations taking part in researches only international companies are usingsophisticated learning methods.What is interesting, it met often strong resistance to share knowledge, because peopleafraid that they can be redundant.Paradoxically, in some areas, long experience is more ballast than advantage.Fortunately, such processes are quite rare, however, if we will understand them, it will helpus to create better models of knowledge management from old to young employees.The main purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence effectiveness of knowledgemanagement in organizations, according to e-technologies and generation gap.
