Summary/Abstract: The statistics figures are showing us that process of ageing in Poland and Western Europe is becoming a huge demographic problem. The are many reasons of that situations such as good quality of healthcare, changes in lifestyles and economic reasons. Those factors implicate deep changes in economy. The workforce is becoming much older and their training and developing is a real challenge for trainers and HR departments. Despite of deep demographical changes we can indicate effective training methods, which work properly in work environment. We must adopt new methods of training people 50+ and this matter concerns this article.
