Attractiveness of Croatian Nautical Tourism for Polish Sailors

Summary/Abstract: The first part of the paper gives basic information concerning nautical tourism in Croatia. The significance of nautical tourism for the economy of the country is presented, as well as model of tourism management. Also an offer for sailors including natural assets and infrastructure (mainly marinas) is presented here. The second part of the article is dedicated to time transport accessibility of Croatia for Polish tourists. In this aspect chosen, important for nautical tourism, an air and road connections between Polish and Croatian cities were analyzed. In further part of the paper the possibilities of yacht charters were presented and also the prices in Polish and Croatian marinas were compared.The main objective of analyzes and considerations contained in the article was to present a Croatian touristic offer dedicated to sailors in terms of its attractiveness and accessibility for Polish nautical tourists.
