Summary/Abstract: The high degree of process automation, the rapid penetration of new technologies and changes in the modern business environment make people one of the main sources of competitive advantage for each organization. Strategic thinking takes people as a major resource, and managers realize that in order to be competitive on the modern market, it is necessary to steadily manage their human resources. Sustainable management of people, their abilities and ideas give organizations a competitive edge in the market. The purpose of the author in this article is to develop a model for sustainable human resource management in order to achieve the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations.
