Summary/Abstract: Activities, related to green building, have a different market presence. At the present moment, green building is an exception, rather than a norm, but it is starting to be a standard in countries around the world, as well as in our country. The author’s goal in this present report is to show the current state of the sustainable construction in some countries and to give recommendations for its promotion in Bulgaria.
