Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the latest regulatory acts aimed at higher education system reforming in Ukraine within the framework of their impact on the provision of the further State-Church relations harmonization process in the academic field. In particular the article deals with a subject of legal maintenance of the public recognition the higher education documentation, scientific degrees and academic titles issued by higher religious educational institutions.
