Summary/Abstract: Sociogenetic, it is not an abstract word. It can have multiple meanings, from an organizational environment to the need for efficient and real-time communication. The importance of the security environment is already known, the efficiency of both depending on the cognitive abilities of decision makers, and communication skills. Generate and develop informal relationships with positive expression, constructive part of the exercise of leadership performance art. Such informal relationships are likely to join in a harmonious whole, reason, will, aspirations, professional effort strength of feelings, trust, solidarity in the face of difficulties, altruism and satisfaction with individual and collective successes. The construction of such realities is undoubtedly difficult, but the effort is rewarded by the power of organizational climate. Communication is present in everything we do in life and is essential to be able to work and live. Effective communication requires an understanding and common message is valid in any organization. More broadly, the communication means the exchange of messages between two or more people within an organization, in order to achieve, or simplistic messages exchanged between an issuer (s) and receiver (R).
