Summary/Abstract: Sociogenetic, it is not an abstract word. It can have multiple meanings, from an organizational environment to the need for efficient and real-time communication. The importance of the security environment is already known, the efficiency of both depending on the cognitive abilities of decision makers, and communication skills. Generate and develop informal relationships with positive expression, constructive part of the exercise of leadership performance art. Such informal relationships are likely to join in a harmonious whole, reason, will, aspirations, professional effort strength of feelings, trust, solidarity in the face of difficulties, altruism and satisfaction with individual and collective successes.
