Interculturality as a New Phenomenon in Society and its Solution by an Alternative Form of Mediation

Summary/Abstract: Every nation, ethnicity, society has their own culture, which consists of values, opinions, attitudes, norms and cultural patterns that influence the way of thinking, emotions, behaviour and products of material and spiritual nature. It also represents interculturality as a new phenomenon in society, which points out to cultural differences, which could be a cause of many communication issues. It is good to understand and respect culture of another country. The goal is to offer a view on mediation as a method of modern and effective dispute resolution in an intercultural environment.
