Summary/Abstract: Family is a universal, natural social group that allows for strong social bonds, strong emotional relationships, creates the basis for further psychosocial development of man. It is the place where there is an important process of identification and socialization. It is in the nuclear family that models of behavior are formed. Family is an important part of the human path of life until the period of independence and establishment of one’s own family. Family is not a static social unit because it evolves over time and within the family life cycle goes through significant changes.
