Summary/Abstract: Today’s companies are working in very flexible market. The business environment is becoming more demanding. The main prerequisite of using outsourcing is to keep on the same level, or to restore the liquidity. It used to be thought, that outsourcing is a way to reduce the costs, but most of times this reduce is supervening, very often on the contrary. Let’s think about the reason of raising popularity of that method of managing. Is it only a fad, or did it entrache in our market economy. The company that wants to keep the competing position on the market, can’t be afraid of any restructuring. It must invest in progress, and constantly looking to maximization of their profits and customers satisfaction.
