Summary/Abstract: It is becoming increasingly difficult to satisfy a customers. They are becoming more demanding, more aware of prices and brands and have an increased sense of the fact that they are an attractive group for the growing competition, which comes to them with a better and more sophisticated offerings. That is why, companies should strive for the satisfaction of their customers, because if they remain loyal and buy more, it is positive for the company and products and the customers are less susceptible to the influence of competitors.
