Summary/Abstract: The problems of the specifics of pedagogical interaction process in adult literacy teaching and learning in multicultural environment are interpreted in the article. The teacher methodic approach towards bilingual adults is discussed. Methods, techniques, forms and instruments appropriate for adult teaching and learning in multicultural environment are proposed. The main focus is on the variability of the teacher approach.
