Summary/Abstract: New geopolitical environment is facing challenges and changes due to the armed conflicts, competition to gain access to vital resources, political unrests and extremist ideologies. Terorism is a living ”beast” adjusting itself to the new limits and opportunities and going to a more sophisticated level and using all means and tools, becoming more lethal and dangerous for the humankind.
