Challenges in functional integration of a minority of migratory origin - Roma in Brasov

Summary/Abstract: Ethnic minorities deserve a special affirmative and proactive public policies in order to be functionally integrated in the host comunity. In order to be effective, all means and tools for social inclusion of population originally migrating has to take into account the group customs, but continuing to preserve their own culture,and values. Usually the comunity is facing a multi-vectorial segreagation due to social and ecomic factors too.
