Summary/Abstract: Life standards within the European Union is a pull factor for migrants from within the UE and moreover, for extrnal migrants. Once a person has the legalright to be either a citizen or a resortisant of the EU member state, they both have equal rights for social security services regardless the country of residence, of place of origine or place of work.
