Summary/Abstract: In hospitality business there are issues that may arise, which relate to the specific of the industry. One of them are unused hotel rooms, as a consequence of the seasonality of demand for the products offered by the industry. In the hotel industry hoteliers try to reduce seasonality by undertaking actions towards the extension tourist season. This paper presents some special offers, distributes by the hotels, as a part of reducing the effects of seasonality and therefore extending the tourist season.
