Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the economic functions of property right, strictly from the point of view of the administrative measures that need to be taken by the Local Commissions for Land Fund, in light of the introduction of Article 591 in Law 18/1991 on the land fund, following the publication of Law 219/2012 for the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance 81/2011 on the transfer of the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration from the Ministry of Administration and Interior to the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, as well as for the amending of certain laws.
