About the Performance Alice

Summary/Abstract: The new play directed by László Bocsárdi in Sfântu Gheorghe (in Hungarian: Sepsiszentgyörgy), with the participation of the sZempöl Offchestra musical ensemble, is inspired by the novel of Lewis Carroll. According to Erika Fám, the play Alice, through its mixture of music, film, and theatre, challenges both theatre critics and viewers even from the perspective of sensory reception, as it invites them into an intense world built upon strong effects, while using its instruments to examine the issues of the search for identity and growing up.
