Summary/Abstract: The contents of this work are aimed at implementation of the business ethics in the organization. Apart from the significance of the business ethics, the role of the codices, the manner of their preparation and the determination of the required contents shall be taken into consideration, apart from the manner by means of which the implementation of the codices is to be related to the managerial practice.
