Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to characterize the importance of actions taken by public authorities in creating the image of the region. Its development requires the interaction of government administration with current and potential stakeholders to develop effective methods, techniques and tools to communicate with them. Each subdivision, competes for tourists, residents, investors, or employees and must thoughtfully design and implement market measures that will stand out in the environment and will be responsible primarily social interests.
