An attempt to determine the profile of purchaser of bee products

Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to identify the demographic and economic characteristic the purchaser of bee product, including honey, as well as apitherapeutics and cosmetics, which are composed of bee products. The author, based on available literature and unpublished results of own research presented some considerations demand for bee products. The analysis showed that main consumers of bee products are educated women with family, originating from cities, well-off. One of the main factors influenced their choice is therapeutic value and the price of these products.
