Summary/Abstract: The Equal project's Second Chance program has dealt with disadvantaged young people, partly with young people who have already fallen out of the school system for two years. The project ran on several threads. One of the threads in the education of such young people has gained a lot of experience with a foundation but a formal school was only an institution founded on this project. Previously he continued his activities within the framework of adult training, fundamentally project-based financing. Accordingly, he responded to a wide variety of job opportunities, complying with the requirements of the current call for proposals, his activities and partly the development of the student circle, adapted to these possibilities. Over the years, it has been special, working in learning - learning to work integrated. Due to this method, we are termed the Production School. This school has completed two years of vocational training for young people who have already graduated in the project but who are not qualified.
