Summary/Abstract: The article describes the importance of certified quality management system in the process of building a competitive advantage. The author primarily focuses on the role of normative regulations on B2B market and emphasis on benefits of certificate system for compliance with requirements of ISO 9001 standard. In this paper theoretical considerations are supported by results of own researches.
