Summary/Abstract: Research findings concerning credit services quality of chosen cooperative banks in Poland, realized by Servqual method applying, were presented in the article. Servqual method allows not only to estimate the general service quality, but also to identify nonconformities of service providing process. Get scores will let the management staff of the examined banks for identifying elements of services, which would be involved in credit service improvement.
