Summary/Abstract: One of the most important challenge for contemporary enterprise, that acts in the dynamically changing environment, is identification of the strategic policy element that support human resources management. Diversity issue has a growing importance in the strategies of international enterprises that face problems resulting from the multiplicity of experiences, skills, knowledge. Paper presents issue of the diversity management with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility policy of Polish enterprises.
