Summary/Abstract: For the nineties of the 20th century the Internet is becoming a more and more popular means of communication. Using new technologies, process of the customer service is simplifying electronic delivery channels current as well as potential. The latest trend is giving new development potentialities to companies, it also concerns at the financial sector. Unquestionably is, that the customer is becoming the chief decision-maker when choosing the service as well as the channel of distribution. Presented analysis situation and confirming trends of final years ruling on the insurance market in Poland over a distance area of this hypothesis.
