Conditions for revenue bonds development in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present conditions for extensive use of revenue bonds in the process of financing territorial self-government investments. New legal provisions for issuance of this financial instrument are addressed, together with supply/demand aspects of revenue bonds and perspectives for their use.
