Summary/Abstract: A big step forward has been made nowadays in easing the search of documents concerning recent history, because the studying of socialist documents in the county archives has become possible. Although they are not fully available, the documents which had become public help us understand the mechanism of the propaganda and censorship as well as the structure of the Romanian Communist Party.
