Summary/Abstract: It is necessary to establish the number of days-fine should the provisions of art. 63 of the new Criminal Code apply, article which regulates replacing the penalty with a fine with that of imprisonment, and of art. 64 of the same code, which regulates the execution of the penalty with a fine by performing unpaid community work.
