EVOLUTION OF THE RIGHT OF SECURITY SOCIAL FROM THE DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS CONSTITUTIONAL IN MEXICO

Summary/Abstract: The consolidation process of social security is measurable from the very process of development of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, which fulfilled 100 years of expedition in the year 2017. That is why this article deals with analyzing which has It has been the evolution of social security in Mexico, as one of the most important contributions to the realization of social rights in the last century, from the legal and sociopolitical perspective. What allows to determine: the degree of constitutionalization of it; his new approach with the implicit recognition of social security as a human right and the reforms still needed.
