Summary/Abstract: The use of technology has permeated in our daily life, the way we develop,relate, educate, consume and of course also the way we work is influenced and determinedby technological advances. This has positive and negative consequences and one of thelatter is the invasion of privacy and even the intimacy of the worker when supervising theiractivities in the workplace. Therefore, the central issue of analysis is precisely the protectionof workers' privacy, from a comparative law perspective, based on the current legal norms ofMexico and Spain, which reveal a protection and protection of this right of workers.
