Summary/Abstract: The article is taking the subject matter of danger of the failure in the process of implementing changes in small companies and conditions accompanying it. The changes are indicated to connect changes with symptoms of economic failures and to present the significance of their identification and strategies of preventing unintentional economic failures of smal companies.
