Logistic platform as a tool for integration of logistic cooperation

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the characteristics of the impact of logistic platform on the integration of cooperation of its users in a supply chain. Logistic platform offered by Transporeon is used as an example offered on the Polish market. This solution was chosen because of the wide range of functions that support transactions with carriers, warehouse management, loading, unloading and monitoring of movement of goods. In the paper the usability of the platform affecting the integration of logistic activities among users is emphasized. Also functions available in the presented software are distinguished, depending on their suitability for the client, its customers and carriers.
