Approaches in improvement of cooperation of HR outsourcing

Summary/Abstract: Due to the changing conditions in the environment of cooperation, maintaining the ability to achieve the expected effects of outsourcing depends significantly on the ability of adaptation of solutions for the management of outsourcing to changes in the environment. Adaptation skills play a special role in HR outsourcing. The aim of the paper is to characterize the proposals of improvement of cooperation in HR outsourcing in client’s activity. The improvements are presented in the aspects of objectives, managers, organizational structure, functions and instruments used in cooperation with vendor in HR outsourcing.
