Economic aspects of local spatial development plan based on the example of Wroclaw

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents municipally finanscial effects of implementation of local spatial development plan. The entry into force of the local spatial development plan entails economic effects, which are defined in Poland in the forecast of financial consequence. The forecast shows revenue and costs to the municipality budget. In the study we analyzed the costs of urbanization in the area north of Wrocław, in the district of Psie Pole, in the vicinity of Lipa Piotrowska and Widawa. That area is non-investable, mostly agricultural land. Development of building and arrangement of the current state of development requires the construction of technical infrastructure and social services. Projected costs of implementing local spatial development plan indicate the significant expenditure for the construction of the sewage system and municipal roads.The acquisition of new land for development and adapting the infrastructure to the already existing investment is connected with the property acquisition by the City of Wrocław for public purposes.
