Over the course of time, the way in which we communicate has drastically changed, especially if we refer to the present society in which Internet communication has won an important place. The present article focuses mainly onthree types of communication, namely: interpersonal, non-verbal and cross-cultural communication and it also puts an emphasis on the impact which the Internet (more precisely social media) or mass media have on our own way of communicating with others face-to-face.
