TUDOR ARGHEZI’S “COLLABORATIVE”ARTICLES AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES

Summary/Abstract: The articles published by Tudor Arghgezi in newspapers and magazines caused him the biggest problems the poet encountered in his entire life and brought him even two imprisonments, in 1919 and 1943. His articles and pamphlets always upset because the author din not take into consideration the political regime that ruled our country. He attacked his enemies without protecting anyone, irrespective of their importance. Some of the most difficult periods in the poet’s life were the imprisonments. While he was in detention Tudor Arghezi had a very difficult biographical experience but his literary creation was prolific.
