Summary/Abstract: This paper addresses the establishment of incomplete family in Bulgarian society. Considering the logical laws of its objectification, the author commented causation, which ranked incomplete family in “family risk” and placed a child from an incomplete family in an uneven situation. On this basis are discussed parenting approaches (technology strategy), whose term denotes unconstrained development of children from incomplete families and away the alternative of falling into the category “child at risk”. Securing a successful educational technology refers to the modeling of proactive parenting in incomplete families.
