Identification of success factors of a project in the management of research and development project of the medical industry based on the ;;Rehabio – telerehabilitation” project

Summary/Abstract: In the present article, the authors attempt to identify project criteria of success and related success factors on the example of a research and development project of the medical industry. The first part of the article reviews opinions related to the criteria for assessing the success of the project, the second part is a case study of the ,,Rehabio – telerehabilitation” project. The authors used such research tools as: unstructured interview with the company’s management and case studies. In the conducted research, attention was also paid to the role of the project manager in achieving the project’s success. Final conclusions included observations and suggestions from the conducted research.
