Summary/Abstract: The article "Why Catholic Action? Theology and Spirituality of the Revision of Life "wants to approach us to the main method of Catholic Action. This method is one of the important causes of the great success of this movement in the Church since the birth of the YCW, the first staple of Catholic Action. The three stages of the Revision of Life not only deepen faith but also live faith in practice and give Christian witness. "SEE" allows us to look at reality as it is. The Christian is a real man who lives in the real world. The "JUDGING" stage makes it possible to formulate a judgment that can liberate us. "ACT" gives the opportunity to rebuild the world according to the Gospel. The Life Review is truly evangelical and can help us transform our lives to make it more authentic.
