Family housing in various legal systems

Summary/Abstract: By this research, our goal was to show how the law institute of the family home is regulated in other countries than Romania, in order to understand the reason why it is brought in our legal system. In the following, we can notice that this aspect is regulated both in some European countries and extra European countries, regulations that have been for a certain period of time in these legal systems and which have proved in time, their usefulness, from a practical point of view but in the same time, they reinforced important law principles such as: the superior interest of minors or the equality between spouses, but also some aspects that are related to family protection in general and especially a peaceful way of living.
