Summary/Abstract: The article presents the theoretical assumptions of Intelligent Organization and the principles of enterprise management in line with the Lean Management concept, taking into account the similarities and differences between these approaches. In addition, on the basis of the many years and extensive professional experience of one of the authors, the steps to be taken have been verified as well as the conditions that must be met in the Lean Management organization to make the Intelligent Organization development possible.
