The competence of team members on the background of the process of socio-economic changes

Summary/Abstract: Issues of current and anticipated socio-economic changes translated into forms of employment are presented in this article. Then, on the basis of the literature, the essence of competence and the principle of motivating employees are shown. In the final part the proposals for the analyzed issue are presented which were drawn after the discussion with people who were just entering the labour market.
