Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the question of processing the gaps between the learner’s output and the norms of the target language, as well as various ways to provide feedback in the context of theplurilingual approach. It presents examples from two empirical studies conducted in a Bulgarian university context with international learners of French L3 who were advanced speakers of English L2 using this language as a medium in their studies. The analysis focuses on the effect of mediation and the work with digital tools that encourage collaborative and reflexive learning.
