Employee Agility Relating to Challenges of Contemporary Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The article will mention the problem of the forming oneself of agile behavioursof employees of contemporary enterprises relating to organizational challenges.The employee agility was determined as the lightning response to changes taking placein the market environment, ability for correct using these changes, as well as formingof new opportunities arising in relation to their address. In the article findings werepresented empirical, conducted amongst 200 small and of medium-sized enterprisesof the podkarpacki province. They enabled to specify agile attitudes relating to organizationalchallenges shown by respondents. On this base a model of agile behaviours ofemployees was constructed. This model can perform the utilitarian valuable role for thestaff managing the contemporary enterprise.
