Summary/Abstract: The article will mention the problem of the employee, understood agility as the ability of employees of the enterprise for the lightning response to changes taking place in the inner and outside market environment, as well as the ability of correct using these changes and creating new opportunities arising in relation to their address. Farther motives for the demand for agile employees were analysed, attributes of the employee agility were described and the effect a profile of the agile employee was depicted. An author’s model of the employee agility is crowning these deliberations. In the article, with the model Sem, statistical relations between the employee agility and chosen traineeship of the labour organization of the contemporary enterprise. For that purpose findings were used empirical, conducted amongst 200 small and of medium sized enterprises of the Podkarpacki province.
