Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze current legal regulations in the field of the use of communication and information technologies (ICT) in the implementation of court proceedings. Due to legal regulations that define both the subjects of procedures and the scope of communication between parties to court proceedings, the implementation of ICT solutions in this area is very specific and limited by many legislative reasons. Currently, the possibility of implementing distance communication tools is not fully used due to the lack of their legal provisions, as well as the approach of the interested parties. The authors present de lege ferenda postulates regarding the use of electronic pleadings in enforcement proceedings, including existing computer systems supporting the work of courts and bailiffs. The article is a review in which literature research as well as examples of application solutions have been presented.
